Hitch Linkage for Three-point System

Professional Three-Point Hitch System of MTSK1200 Remote Orchard Tool Carrier

The MTSK1200 is equipped with a robust and precisely adjustable Category I/II three-point hitch system, designed for superior compatibility and control with a wide range of orchard implements. This system ensures quick attachment, secure operation, and exceptional maneuverability in confined orchard spaces.

Key Components & Their Functions:

  • Top Link (Center Link):
    • This adjustable link governs the pitch attitude of the attached implement. By lengthening or shortening the top link, the operator can fine-tune the implement’s working angle for optimal penetration and performance, whether for grading, lifting, or specialized tool functions.
  • Lower Links:
    • As the primary load-bearing arms of the hitch, the lower links are responsible for raising, lowering, and carrying the implement. Driven by the carrier’s hydraulic system, they provide the essential lift force and serve as the main structural connection to the tool.
  • Sway Chains / Stabilizers (Check Chains):
    • These crucial components minimize lateral movement (side-to-side sway) of the implement. In the challenging terrain of an orchard, they lock the tool in a straight line behind the carrier during transport and operation. This prevents damage to both the implement and valuable tree rows, ensuring precise, safe, and efficient maneuvering.

Benefit:
The integrated design of these components allows the MTSK1200 operator to achieve rapid implement changes, secure coupling, and precise, stable tool control. This translates to enhanced efficiency, reduced operator fatigue, and protection for your orchard infrastructure.
