The drive sprocket is one of the most critical components of the tracked undercarriage on the MTSK1200 Remote Orchard Tool Carrier. Mounted on the drive axle, it engages directly with the rubber track, converting the torque from the drive motor and reduction gearbox into forward or reverse movement. The sprocket ensures efficient power transmission, reliable traction, and precise machine control, even when operating on steep slopes, uneven terrain, or soft ground.

The MTSK1200 is equipped with a heavy-duty 8-tooth drive sprocket, specifically designed to provide stable engagement with the rubber track while minimizing slippage and wear. The sprocket is manufactured from a 25 mm thick steel plate and precisely CNC-cut from a solid plate, resulting in exceptional structural strength and dimensional accuracy. This simple yet robust design offers excellent resistance to impact, deformation, and long-term fatigue, making it ideal for demanding agricultural and industrial applications.

Unlike lightweight or complex sprocket designs, our heavy-duty steel sprocket is built to withstand harsh working environments with minimal maintenance. Its open tooth profile allows grass clippings, mud, soil, and other debris to pass through easily, preventing material buildup that could affect track engagement or damage the sprocket.
